One of the questions we legitimately get asked when, in particular, we are delivering career management training is, "what gives you the right to be in front of the room"?  The attendees wonder whether we are just half a page ahead of them or whether we have just read the latest book and are talking theory.

We have worked hard to make sure that the consultants that deliver our programmes are able to easily deal with this question because they have all had successful careers of their own.  They range from people who have steadily built up senior careers over time to people who have had fast track careers and from people with extensive operational management through to Talent Directors or recruitment managers.
