Recently, T&P worked with EDF Energy’s Nuclear Generation Talent Team to deliver a very successful short session on Talent Management. The audience was EDF Energy’s top high potential managers, as part of their Excellence in Nuclear Leadership Academy, and delegates found it so useful that some rated the jointly-run session 5 out of 4! Response to the Identifying & Nurturing Potential materials and content was so positive that we have been commissioned to work with the Senior Management Teams of all the UK nuclear power stations, on how to turn line managers into Talent Managers.

Planned expansion means that developing internal potential is crucial over the next few years.
