Talent Strategy
We’ve designed leadership competencies for Royal Mail, and a potential model for a FTSE 100 utility company who needed to ensure a consistent approach across different countries. We’ve worked with a European energy company to transform talent thinking at Station Executive Team level, and also to create a ground-breaking Emerging Talent programme from scratch. We’ve worked with a major UK Financial Institution to train managers at every level to have great career conversations with their staff – even the COO booked in for a workshop because he’d heard such good things from his team!
