Alison joined Talent & Potential in August 2013. She is the lynchpin of T&P, managing the organisation of all training programmes as well as the business aspects of our practice, and being the key point of contact for all clients. Alison ensures that all the right pieces fit together at the right time to give our clients the service they expect.
Alison has in excess of 14 years¹ experience as a Practice Manager gained through working in both the public and private sectors. Alison thoroughly enjoys the role, as she feels that her organisational skills, empathy and attention to detail are put to great use tackling a wide variety of issues.
Alison loves order and systems and gets a great sense of satisfaction from making the lives of our clients easier.
