Amanda Whiteford

Amanda Whiteford has an HR career spanning 25yrs, working mainly in the financial sector with Societe Generale and Dresdner banks before moving in to the unique world of the public private partnership which characterised Tube Lines, now part of Transport for London. She has worked at senior management level for many years, directly supporting Executive teams with recruiting, identifying and developing leadership and management skills throughout the organisation, winning several awards along the way.
A Fellow of the CIPD, with a Strategic Management and Leadership Diploma from the CMI, Amanda is also a qualified coach and licenced to use a wide range of leading psychometric tools.
Amanda enjoys supporting clients to find viable long-term solutions to challenges they face within the talent management and leadership development arena. She also loves coaching individuals to help them fulfil their career potential, and is delighted to have joined Talent and Potential in 2017.
