David has over 25 years experience in career and talent management as a facilitator, coach and consultant working with leading organisations in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
David started his management career in the international hotel and hospitality industry before moving back to the UK to head up the Training & Development function of a leading HR consultancy. After starting and then selling a successful consultancy for business start ups, David has worked extensively as a career development specialist within the Manufacturing, Healthcare, Finance and Oil and Gas industries. He also uses sports psychology to coach some of the UK’s leading Sports professionals and young sporting talent.
David has a passion for working with emerging talent to improve competence, confidence and ultimately engagement. In particular he specialises in helping organisations support their talented people towards peak performance and positive career progression.
David has a degree in Business and Psychology and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
