Edward Walker

Edward has worked across a range of HR disciplines focusing on recruitment, selection and talent management, particularly in relation to graduates and high-potentials. He also has expertise within a variety of sectors including: financial services, FMCG, legal, the public sector and welfare-to-work; frequently this work has had an international dimension.
One of Edward's key skills is the design and implementation of new talent programmes for organisations, particularly those experiencing complex periods of change. Recent projects have included the design of an award-winning work experience programme for sixth form students and redesigning the graduate selection process for an international organisation following a merger.
In 2012 Edward was elected to the newly established AGR Advisory Council.
