Gareth is a very experienced L&D and Talent specialist with over twenty years experience in top development and talent management roles. He has established and managed multi-site L&D departments in two major insurance companies and worked at Director and Senior Management level to provide personal coaching and development and deliver team development.
Gareth has particular expertise in the design and implementation of competency frameworks, 360o feedback processes, and Talent Programmes at all levels – from graduate schemes to accelerated development programmes for senior managers.
