Case Study 1
The 2-day Drive Your Career! workshop was used by Amey as the foundation event for a high potential programme that won the Personnel Today Talent Management Award.  

This programme successfully accelerated career progression in a high potential group, with over 95% achieving 1 career move and 40% making 2, 3 or 4 moves in an 18-month period.  Savings of £1m over 18 months were delivered, due to filling positions internally rather than having to source candidates externally.  3 people became Directors.  This improvement in the internal fill rate for senior positions also improved morale in the organisation.
