Case Study – Leadership Conference for a global utility company
The newly arrived MD of this subsidiary company wanted to improve engagement via a series of conferences with all the leaders in the company, from Call Centre Team Leaders to senior management.  T&P worked with the MD & HR Director to support a Leadership Conference run for a total of 200 managers.  

T&P provided:

  • A keynote speech on engagement
  • Activity sessions on engagement based on understanding individual motivations, strength-based team development, careers support, and an engagement checklist.  The objective was to provide leaders with new insights and ‘aha!’ moments, back up by practical tools to take away and use back to improve engagement with their teams
  • A chaired direct engagement session with the MD, which put across his vision of the leadership behaviours he wanted to see
  • A mindmap and commentary document that expanded on the MD’s vision of leadership
  • A celebration of success session that focused people on sharing their successes and their best moments in small groups, creating a feeling of solidarity and pride in company.
